Tammy finished her Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2006. She moved from New York and in 2010 opened Bikram Yoga Schottenring. 

She constantly broadened her view about Yoga and movement and finished several trainings (2017 Hatha Yoga, 2019 Inferno Hot Pilates I, 2020 Inferno Hot Pilates II, 2022 YIN Training). Tammy runs 2 successful studios in Vienna and is starting her first Teacher Training in the October 2023.

Julia is a professional physiotherapist since 2005. She loves the human anatomy and shares her passion for it. 2011 Julia founded her own business (Physiotherapy Dornbach) in the 17th district in Vienna. She constantly deepens her knowledge in physiotherapy, especially in podiatry and gait analysis. Julia finished her Bikram Yoga Training in 2009, two years after she took her very first Bikram Yoga Class. Since then she taught many classes in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. 

Stephanie worked as a business consultant and quit her job on a world trip. She started her Yoga journey with the Bikram Yoga teacher training in 2012. Soon after that she began to expand her knowledge and got certified as Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness / Meditation Trainer. In 2015 she finished her education in Psychotherapy and 2022 in Energetic Coaching. She is now self-employed with her business DIE COACHIN and helps people to better understand themselves and each other.
