5 week HYBRID Training plan


With our 5-week HYBRID training plan, you will dive deep into your special yoga experience. The first 3 weeks give you the opportunity to study ONLINE from home and attend the training alongside your normal life, including work, family, and daily routines.

During these three online weeks, you will have 3 hours of live training each day. The online classes are conducted live via Zoom and usually take place Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 PM (19:00). During these sessions, we will explore the postures in detail, study the theory and methodology behind the practice, engage in interactive discussions, and deepen your understanding of the Hot Yoga 26+2 sequence.

After the three online weeks, we begin the deep-dive phase: 2 weeks of INTENSIVE ONSITE TRAINING in Vienna. The onsite training takes place Monday through Saturday and runs throughout the day, typically starting at 8:00 AM. A lunch break is included each day.

During these two intensive weeks, you will put everything you have learned from your mentors into practice and develop the skills and confidence needed to teach. By the end of the Hot Yoga 26+2 Teacher Training, you will be ready to share your knowledge and start your journey as a certified yoga teacher.

There will be no final exam or formal assessment at the end of the training. Our goal is to share the knowledge and practice of yoga while helping you develop into a well-trained and confident teacher.

However, the training will conclude with a mock class, giving you the opportunity to teach a complete Hot Yoga 26+2 class in a supportive environment. This practical teaching experience allows you to apply everything you have learned throughout the program and gain confidence before leading your own classes.

Week 1

Feb 8 - Feb 14


The Hot Yoga Teacher Training starts on 8 February. In Week 1, we kick off the training with our Online Posture Clinic, held live via Zoom. From Monday to Friday, we meet each evening for approximately 3 hours of lectures and training, starting at around 7:00 PM. In addition, you will take one yoga class per day in the hot room to deepen your understanding of the postures through direct practice.

Feb 15 - Feb 21


Time to grow into the training! The next week we keep the schedule and the posture clinic plus incorporate some Classroom time. You will learn about Badhas, Chakras and the Yoga Sutras. The Yoga Practice schedule stays the same.

Week 3

Feb 22 - Feb 28


Week 3 is the last online week. We finish up the last postures in Posture Clinic and get ready for the deep dive in the next 2 onsite weeks. You will be ready to meet us in Vienna for the deep dive in the last 2 weeks of the training.

Week 4

Mar 01 - Mar 07


In Week 4 the format of the training changes and we will meet in person in Vienna from MON - SAT to incorporate everything you've learned in theory into concrete actions. You start to take 2 classes per day and get classroom time about the yoga lineage and more! Plus: the anatomy starts!

Week 5

Mar 08 - Mar 14


The last week is all about wrapping things up. You start to teach TRIAL CLASSES and have time to ask questions if needed. On the very last day of the training, you will get your OHYA certificate and will be ready to teach your first yoga class on the podium!
