Our 200 hrs Hot Yoga Teacher Training 26&2 is more than just a Yoga education - We are deeply rooted in the Hatha yoga lineage taught by Bishnu Ghosh and Bikram Choudhury. You will learn yoga anatomy, yoga therapy and explore meditation techniques. You’ll learn tools to be an effective teacher in and outside the hot room; you graduate with the world-wide accredited (OHYA) Original Hot Yoga Association Certificate and get 1-year free membership to the OHYA upon successful completion.
